To this end we are actively digesting all available government and expert information as it becomes available and implementing whatever the best practice is at that time through new policies, procedures and working plans.
General Hygiene and Cleanliness
Targeted hygiene practices can go a long way to help keeping everyone safe. We have cleaners coming in multiple times a day now to give extra attention to high traffic areas. This includes door handles, counters, reception and waiting areas, chairs and tables, EFTPOS machines, phones and all other common areas. Hand sanitizer will be on display at all customer information points and is readily available for all to use.
We are closely following all government guidelines and are recommending employees to stay home from work if they have been in contact with a confirmed case and are showing any sign of fever or respiratory illness. Any of our staff who find themselves in this situation will be provided with all necessary information and support available to us.
